The hiring process is really organized and super competitive, but it takes a lot of time. I had to fill out a long application with a video, do two assessments, and then a writing trial that wasn't paid and took about four hours. They communicated clearly and professionally the whole time, but it's a really tough process and you might need to spend a lot of time on it before you get to the later parts.

This company's interview process was a bit different, but in a good way, in my opinion. They really focused on getting to know me as a person, which I liked. The questions were mostly about soft skills and how I approach work, not so much about my past experience, which felt appropriate for an entry-level role. The interviewers were very nice and made me feel comfortable. While the process did take a while, I appreciated that they kept me informed about the timeline and never left me wondering what was next.

The whole application and interview thing was a bit much and took ages. You had to fill out a long application, then do a long written test, some psychometric stuff, and a couple of practical tasks like writing two blog posts. On top of that, there were two video interviews. It was a lot of work, but they did explain the hiring process pretty clearly, and the people I talked to were nice and professional.
