The interview process has four stages. First, there's an initial phone call or AI interview. If you pass that, you'll have to complete a Google Form asking about your work history, skills, and interests. This stage also includes a 40-minute assessment testing your attention to detail, algebra skills, and personality. I didn't make it past the second stage.

The interview process was quite drawn out and felt like they were asking pointless, often repeated questions that were more psychological or educational rather than job-related. When I tried to ask about some concerning employee reviews and what they were doing to address them, they were evasive.

The process took nearly two months, which felt excessive. It started with a recruiter phone call, followed by some quizzes and data entry into their system. Then, there was a roughly hour-long interview with a talent acquisition specialist. After that, a two-person panel interview with the team lead took place, and the process concluded with shadowing a current employee. Given the significant time investment, not receiving an offer felt unwarranted, especially since many positions still seem open on their site. It gives the impression they are either trying to appear busy with hiring or are holding out for an ideal candidate. Reflecting on it, I'm somewhat relieved I didn't get an offer, as their compensation is notably below market rates. However, it's still frustrating how they seem to disregard a candidate's time. Having candidates shadow an employee when an offer is unlikely is pointless. The whole experience felt cliquey, and some of the questions they asked were quite odd.
