The recruiter was super nice. There was a small mix-up about how to get ready for the next part, but otherwise, the initial chat and info about what's next were good. My next interview right away felt off. The person interviewing me gave off a really weird vibe, and I got hit with a lot of questions about my past product and company. I didn't really get asked many PM or behavioral questions. By the end, it felt like I spent 45 minutes with someone just trying to get information about my last company, which was a bummer.

Behavioral Presentation

it was three rounds - first a short one with the hiring manager, then a chat with the recruiter, second round was a 1-hour presentation about my previous product experiences, and the third round was a panel interview with a senior PM leader, engineering manager, and my prospective manager.

The whole thing took ages, over 10 hours easily. It kicked off with a chat with the recruiter, then I talked to the hiring manager. After that, they hit me with this big project, took me about 6 hours to get done, though they said 4-6 hours was the target. Then, literally the day before it was due, they asked for more stuff. Super annoying, even though they said sorry. Then came a group interview with some sharp people who really went hard on my project. It was a tough, high-pressure situation. After we talked about the project, I had a final round with a few more team members. The recruiter was around the whole time, but it felt messy, like they weren't sure what they were looking for. In the end, they passed. You could really see the company's lack of maturity in how disorganized the interview was, but the people were definitely smart.
