My first interview was moved 20 minutes before it was set to begin with no communication from the HR rep. Then it was moved again at 9:30 at night the day before, again with no communication about the time change. The initial interview was supposed to be 30 minutes and it lasted 8. She asked me two questions, cut me off in the middle of one of my answers, and then didn’t even ask if I had any questions.

I applied online and got contacted by a recruiter to schedule a phone interview for the next week. After that, I had four 30-minute interviews back-to-back on Microsoft Teams with people from the hiring team. At the end, they said the recruiter would let me know about the next steps but never did. I followed up with the recruiter about a month later and still got no response. I really liked everyone I spoke to, but it would have been nice for the recruiting team to at least reply saying they're moving on with someone else.
