I had an initial chat with the recruiter. Then, I interviewed with my direct managers. Following that, I met with leads on the account. There was also a writing/strategy test that felt pretty substantial. It involved creating a media strategy, developing a mini-media list, writing a media pitch, identifying and vetting a mini-list of influencers, and finding recent news clips on a specific topic.
