Intern
The interview was a really good experience overall. The person interviewing me was very professional, starting with a nice greeting and explaining how the interview would go. The questions they asked were well thought out, covering both my technical abilities and how I handle different situations (behavioral). It felt more like a chat than a tough interview, which made it relaxed and interesting. I liked that the interviewer knew about my background and what the company cares about. They explained the company culture and how my skills fit with what they're trying to do, which felt really important to me. The conversation went well, and it was clear they had prepared. They asked about a lot of different things, giving me a good idea of the job and what's expected. It was a good chance to show what I can do, and the questions helped me explain my strengths. I also got some helpful feedback on a few things, which will help me grow. The nice vibe and the interviewer's genuine interest made me excited about the possibility of joining. They also clearly explained what happens next, which was good and made the whole thing feel open. So, it was a well-planned, engaging, and thorough interview that gave me a good feeling about the company and the process. I'm keen to move forward and hopefully help the team succeed.

Intern
The process was standard: a phone interview followed by team interviews. Questions were basic, and overall not too hard. Unfortunately, they strung me along for over a month, and every time I asked for updates, they just said 'next week'. They didn't even send a rejection email; I found out the position was filled on social media. For a PR company, they're not great at public relations when they treat potential employees like this. It wouldn't have been hard to send a two-sentence email so I could move on and not have false hope. It's shameful.

Intern
I applied through a referral in late February and didn't hear back, so the referral reached out to ask me to resend my resume. A few days later, I got an email from a recruiter for a 15-minute informal call about the interview process and scheduling. After that, things moved fast. I had two 45-minute group interviews with people in the office I applied to. Then, a few days later, I did a 90-minute work assignment. The recruiter let me know that other interviews were still happening and it could take up to two weeks to hear back. When I got the offer, the recruiter emailed and asked if we could chat on the phone about the good news. I got my formal written offer the next day and had about 3 business days to decide. Pay is fixed for interns, but the timeline can be adjusted for school. Remote roles are possible but not preferred, depending on your performance in the interviews, which are mostly personality-based.
