The interview process was quick and easy. It started with HR screening, then a meeting with the hiring manager and a teammate. The last step was a presentation where I had to complete a task to show my experience and creative thinking.

I interviewed for an Account Director position that involved interactive work at a multicultural division of WS. The in-person interview had a long wait time. I was interviewed by the Creative Director, who was a really nice guy. The office location was great, at the Pacific Design Center. The job description wasn't very clear, and it seemed like they were looking for someone more junior for the role. But it's okay.

I spoke with a few people on the phone initially. Then, I had in-person meetings with several members of senior management. After that, I met with Human Resources. Finally, I got a formal offer from one of the managers who had interviewed me. The offer was to join his practice group and I worked there exclusively with limited exposure to the rest of the company until he quit out of frustration.
