My interview at Weber Shandwich was a few years ago. It was a pretty straightforward, but professional process. The first part of the interview was with the VP of a small PR team, and then the CEO. Since the team is small, HR only handled the contract terms and didn't participate in the actual interview. Overall, the whole experience was very pleasant and well-organized for me.

It was a really nice interview experience, the people were super friendly and the whole process was really clear. I got a great vibe that this would be an awesome place to work. The office itself is beautiful, with an amazing view and it's in a super convenient location.

HR set up a few one-on-one interviews for me with the managers of the accounts I would've been overseeing. The questions were pretty standard interview stuff like 'tell me about yourself,' 'what kind of work do you like,' and 'what is your ideal work environment.' It seemed like my experience wasn't the best fit for the job, and the interviewer agreed. What was annoying is that I followed up with HR a few days later via email about my application status, and they never replied. No response at all. They did call me a few months later about a different job opening and didn't even bring up the previous interview.
