Super cool, human staff and a fast hiring process, good clients too. A communication agency without those fake case tests, they don't drag out the hiring process. I recommend it, the interviewer was very human and understood me because I was leaving another company during the hiring process.

After applying online, an HR person reached out for a quick phone screen. I had initially applied for a role in Health Care, but they said it was filled and offered me an interview in a totally different department. I went to their office twice for interviews with about six people from different levels in that department. After waiting a few weeks, they offered me a temporary, intern-level hourly job with a chance to be hired full-time later. Given my background, this offer was insulting, so I turned it down. The whole experience felt very misleading and unorganized.

After a recruiter reached out a few times, I had an initial call with Weber to learn more about the role. She shared the role details and asked about my background over the phone in a quick chat. I decided the role wasn't a fit and let them know I wanted to keep in touch, but unfortunately, I never heard back.
