For this position, there was just one interview round with the Production Supervisor. They mainly asked about my experience and what I learned from previous work and education. The main thing is to show you can handle working in a production environment, including standing for long hours, without it affecting your work.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and a recruiter got in touch for a quick phone screen. After that, I had a Teams interview with the hiring manager. Since then, it's been complete radio silence from them, even after I sent a follow-up email asking for a status update. It's been almost 2 months and still no word, not even an automated rejection. It feels really disrespectful of my time.
