Behavioral

For this position, there was just one interview round with the Production Supervisor. They mainly asked about my experience and what I learned from previous work and education. The main thing is to show you can handle working in a production environment, including standing for long hours, without it affecting your work.

It was a pretty quick process, only two rounds of interviews. The first was a technical interview with two managers. The second round was a mix of tech and HR, but mostly behavioral questions. They were really fast, and I got an offer within 1.5 weeks. They were clear about what they'd ask, and it all related to my past work and the job.
