First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Webasto.
Manufacturing Engineer
For this position, there was just one interview round with the Production Supervisor. They mainly asked about my experience and what I learned from previous work and education. The main thing is to show you can handle working in a production environment, including standing for long hours, without it affecting your work.
- Tell me about your experience.
LEED Engineer
I had a good experience, the interview was smooth, direct and honest. A technical test was carefully prepared with a series of slides just to verify technical skills. I was asked to speak in English.
- How do you behave in stressful situations?
Supplier Quality Engineer
Simple process. First, HR contacted me, then I had a panel interview with people from the department, including the manager. The whole thing took only a couple of weeks and they were always clear with their answers and expectations.
- Tell me about your experience in this area.
- Do you know the APQP process?
- Which suppliers have you worked with and what kind of processes do they use?
Mechanical Engineer
It was a pretty quick process, only two rounds of interviews. The first was a technical interview with two managers. The second round was a mix of tech and HR, but mostly behavioral questions. They were really fast, and I got an offer within 1.5 weeks. They were clear about what they'd ask, and it all related to my past work and the job.
- Could you walk me through your entire work history?
- What are your key strengths, backed by examples?
- Describe your approach to conflict management, with specific instances.
