Behavioral Group Presentation

You'll meet a lot of people when you come in for your interview. Be prepared to be there for at least 5 hours. Sometimes you'll start in a group when brought in for an interview and then you'll go off individually. Ask a lot of questions to the people you meet with and for their business cards because you'll meet with a lot of directors for each team. If you are brought in for an interview and out in 20 mins your probably not getting an offer. Or if you only have one interview and are supposed to be called for a second interview and you don't hear anything within 24-48hrs you're probably not having a second one. Talent acquisition is great and lead you through the interview and hiring process at every step, they are very helpful.

Behavioral Technical

It begins with a phone call from a recruiter, who is usually very friendly and eager for you to join because the company is growing. It's a casual chat. If that goes well, they'll schedule an in-person interview at the office. The manager you meet with will assess if you're a good cultural fit, and if not, that's as far as it goes. Typically, you'll talk to three different leaders. The first chat is all about cultural fit. The second focuses on sales and your background. The third is a final overview of the company and your potential role. If you reach this third stage, you're very likely to get the job.
