You start with 1 to 2 calls with HR, then with an Account Manager. If they like you, you prepare and present a PR campaign deck to two Account Directors. The presentation can be stressful, but if you understand the media landscape, how to pitch to media, and their needed angles, you'll do well. I missed out because I didn't prepare enough on media angles and pitches, focusing too much on my deck.

This was literally the worst hiring process I've ever been through. The actual team I met was great, but the recruiter was completely unresponsive. They asked for my availability three separate times but never followed up. I had to follow up multiple times myself just to find out I could move to the next stage. The job posting has been taken down and reposted so many times. In the end, they just ghosted me. I definitely won't be applying to this company again.

Got contacted by a recruiter about an AM role, with a salary in the high-five figures mentioned in two separate conversations. After going through three rounds of interviews, including one with the hiring manager, the recruiter informed me that although I was a strong candidate, the interviewers felt I'd be a better fit for a lower-level position with a lower salary. This feedback came despite the hiring manager noting my rapid advancement at my previous agency.

Read through the past interview experiences other candidates have posted about and make up your own mind about applying/interviewing for this company. I applied through a recruiter and had several interviews with Directors and VPs. At every step of the process I was being told how impressed the team was with my profile and that they were super excited to move forward with my application and extend me an offer. Based on the recruiter's outline of the process, I reached the last stage of the process, passed the interviews successfully and was waiting on an offer. However, at the last moment, I was told that I needed to conduct 2 additional interviews to "see which team I would be the best fit for". Even though I found this odd, I agreed and scheduled the interviews. Hours after scheduling, the meeting invitations were canceled with NO EXPLANATION. I reached out to the scheduler but I received no response. Later on I got a call from the recruiter saying they had decided not to move forward with my application -- no reason stated, no explanation whatsoever. If you are dependent on this company for your visa sponsorship, CPT or OPT, proceed very cautiously as it is very likely they are providing you with FALSE HOPE instead of an opportunity!
