First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Waypoint Consulting.
Sales Representative
I had a short phone interview with the president of the company, then a second interview with an assistant manager, and finally, an in-person interview with the president. It was a pretty straightforward process. I answered questions about myself, they explained the job, and then I answered more questions about myself.
- What sparked your interest in sales and marketing?
- Considering your past work, what aspects do you feel are most applicable to this role?
Sales Representative
Got back to me real fast after I applied. Had a quick phone chat, then they had me come in for an in person interview at a coffee shop, lasted about an hour. They didn't ask me much, mostly just talked about what they do and what I'd be doing. I felt pretty sure I'd get the job before it was even done.
- Regarding your work environment, job security, and compensation, which do you prioritize?
Sales Representative
It was a quick interview, they were very nice on the phone. we talked about my previous experience and schooling. but i just did not qualify. sounded like it had great opportunity and room for growth. I have weak personal skills and lack communication.
- What role are you seeking?
