First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wayne Marketing Enterprises.
Account Representative
It's a three-round interview process. The first round is to get to know you, the second is for knowledge testing, and it includes an overall explanation of the company and what to expect. From the moment you enter the office, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. You are greeted by many smiling faces. During the interview, you'll learn tons of information and will be asked a series of things, but nothing too hard. If you're looking for a career path full of opportunity, give this place a shoot and remember to be yourself!

Account Manager
This interview experience was a bait and switch. They advertised an Account Manager role with a $42,000 starting salary. However, upon arrival for the interview, it was revealed that the initial position is Account Representative with a weekly pay of $300-$500. The Account Manager role, which they initially advertised, is entirely commission-based. It's frustrating when companies mislead candidates to get them in the door.
- Tell me about yourself and what makes you stand out.
Corporate Trainer
The interview process felt deceptive, with a misleading explanation of the payment structure that ultimately turned out to be a commission-based role. Once hired, there were excuses about why full payment wasn't being made, and it seemed like information was being withheld.
- What are your basic qualifications?
Sales Representative
The process was informative and easy, with three rounds of interviews before a job offer. It started with a manager interview, followed by an interview with a current sales rep. Overall, I found it to be a quick, simple, and hassle-free experience.
