The hiring process included an initial HR screen, followed by an Engineering Manager interview. Next, there was a take-home assignment with a tight deadline of only 2-3 days during the week. The assignment's specifications were very vague or nonexistent, and crucial information was either missing or scattered within the API reference. This was followed by a technical interview that evaluated the take-home assignment.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process was good and well-coordinated, with feedback for the next stage provided the day after each interview. It involved three stages, including a case study. The panel members were nice, and the HR representative was fantastic. I made it to the final round but didn't receive an offer. The HR person offered a feedback interview, which I participated in. It seems like a good place to work.

The first step was a recruiter call, which was pretty standard. We discussed my background and what I'm looking for. The recruiter was nice and communicated well. After that, I had a second interview with the hiring manager. This one was supposed to be more in-depth about my experience, but the hiring manager seemed really uninterested. They were sighing a lot and rushed through everything without really talking. I didn't get past this round, and I suspect they already had someone picked out. The overall process was pretty smooth with good communication from the recruiting team, but that hiring manager interview was a really bad experience.

I had a screening with a recruiter first, and then we set up an interview with a team manager. After that, I interviewed with another manager, then with the EU Director of Customer Success, and finally with the Head of Customer Success. They had some trouble coordinating the interviews on their end. When they told me I wasn't selected, they offered a call to discuss the decision, which I accepted. I asked them to schedule it so I could get some useful feedback, but I never heard back from them.
