There were 2 interviews. The first one was a Teams call with the recruiter, and both parties had cameras off. It was a bit strange to do this instead of a phone call, but maybe it's for transcription? The call was very brief and rushed. The second interview was with two members of the hiring team. This also felt extremely rushed, and it seemed like the interviewers were only there because they had to be. They weren't very conversational or engaging, just clearly reading from a list of questions. It's unfortunate because it seems like this company ghosts applicants.
