It was pretty long, and training started the day after. This was for a new store opening, so I'm not sure if that made it different. First, there was a phone interview, and everyone seemed nice. The next day, I had an in-person interview with two other people. I gave my information to the manager to get the paperwork started. Two days later, my background check and everything cleared, so I started working the next day with my computer training.

It was a fair and straightforward interview process. They asked easy questions about customer service skills and my previous experience in areas like making drinks, handling cash and food, and taking orders. They also asked about how I work in a team, my strengths and weaknesses. I had one interview and got hired on the spot.
