You'll meet with the lead and manager. It usually takes about 2-4 weeks. It's best to show up in person and let them know you're interested, and ask to speak with the GM or manager. Not all stores are the same, but it's definitely not a job for lazy people.

The interview process was great and straightforward. The recruiter was nice and asked standard questions about money handling, my past experience, and if I had any previous experience working with the company. Given the current economy, I was thankful for the chance to work and learn.

After I applied online, the manager called me a few weeks later to set up an interview. The first interview was pretty chill. They just asked me "tell me about yourself" and why I wanted to work there. The second interview was with a different manager and was more involved, asking a lot of behavioral questions like "tell me about a time when..." and questions about my previous work experience, stuff like that. It was okay overall.
