Before I had the in-person interview, I did a phone interview. It was pretty standard, just to see if they liked me. Then I went in for the in-person interview and there were 4 managers interviewing me at the same time. It was pretty stressful with all of them asking questions and judging me! A district manager even showed up and watched while the other 4 managers kept asking questions. After I passed the second interview, they offered me the job and we talked about scheduling.
