It was a really quick interview process. They asked about my past jobs and why I wanted to work for this company. The manager was nice and friendly. They said to just be myself because job interviews are stressful and they understand that. They also told me when I could expect to hear back.

This was for a new store opening. I had a phone screen with the GM, and then an in-person interview with two different managers. The interviews were nice. What upset me a little is they were interviewing 150 people for 40 jobs. They should have narrowed down their applicant pool more before doing in-person interviews with the candidates they wanted to bring on. Just out of mutual respect.

Since I was moving from another store, the interview was pretty quick for me. They didn't ask too many questions, mostly just about where I perform best, given I was already transferring from within the company.
