Had a phone call with a recruiter, then an interview with an operations person. Finally, there was an in-person interview with the head of the department. This last interview involved her talking for an hour about herself, her career, her experiences including her first failed internship, anecdotes, and her personality... I wondered who was being interviewed, her or me. I then presented my background in 10 minutes and answered 3 or 4 questions (including one where I had to draw something). Afterwards, she indicated by looking at her watch that she really had to go because she had another appointment. Following this, the recruiter called to inform me of the negative outcome, phew!

Behavioral Case Presentation

The recruitment process was fast, but the teams weren't very good at identifying candidates' strengths and weaknesses. The first interview was in their office, and they only mentioned the possibility of doing it remotely on the day of the interview itself (after I had already paid for the train and traveled). It was a traditional motivational interview plus practical case studies. These case studies were crucial to the hiring process but were not at all adapted in terms of difficulty for a recent graduate. The company, therefore, wasted my time and their own. It's also worth noting the difficulty in reaching my recruiter to get feedback on the process.

Behavioral Case

Three interviews in total: a pre-qualification interview, then two case study interviews. There are debriefs with the recruiter between each interview. The first interview is about your profile and motivations. The other two interviews are practical case studies on common workplace scenarios.
