First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wave.
Territory Lead
I interviewed for a Territory Lead role at Wave. The interview focused on my background in managing teams, field operations, and tracking performance. I was asked for concrete examples of how I helped team members who weren't meeting expectations and how I contributed to hitting regional goals. It was a good interview and matched my experience, so I felt good about it.
- Can you describe your approach to supporting team members who are underperforming?
- Tell me about your contributions to achieving targets in your region.
Territory Lead
It was the best interview, so interactive and educative. I learned about what I'm going to be doing, knew how many people are going to be under me, and got to know where I'm going to work from.
- How will you connect your new responsibilities to your current role and career aspirations?
Territory Lead
After sending my candidature, I got an email confirming they received it. Then, I got an email with a Zoom link for an online interview. After that, I received an email to go to the Wave headquarters in Bamako for a physical interview. Following this, I was emailed that my file would be kept and I'd be contacted when the Territory Lead position reopened, which is what happened. Then, I had a final online interview on Zoom. After these steps, I was sent the offer proposal.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What is your availability?
- What is your level of English?
