The process was fully interactive, with clear interview questions. They really focused on vision fit, values fit, and culture fit aspects rather than technical aspects of the function. There were at least 5 sessions with different members of the recruiting team. It was challenging and I really enjoyed going through this process.

This was an awful candidate experience, they completely wasted my time and did not give the impression that this was a company to take seriously. The recruiter changed the calendar invite without bothering to email me, ignored my emails explaining that I could not attend the time they had picked out, rescheduled interviews last minute (it took four weeks to get to the FIRST interview round) and rather than apologise, they doubled down on saying that it was me who had not accepted calendar invites or emailed them about rescheduling even after I produced receipts to the contrary.

I applied through a LinkedIn job posting. About two business days later, an internal recruiter reached out to set up a 30-minute Zoom meeting. I waited in the Zoom lobby for about 10 minutes, then left and emailed to ask what happened. The Recruiter explained they were dealing with an illness. Despite my reservations, I agreed to reschedule because the company's mission and business case appealed to me. However, after waiting in the lobby for the rescheduled Zoom for another 10 minutes, I left and withdrew my application. For those of us already employed, particularly at a Senior level or above, it's tough to find significant time slots for interviews, especially during the workday. This lack of consideration suggests to candidates what the future work environment might be like.
