Customer Support Representative
The whole recruitment experience had 3 steps. I first applied on the Wave platform and then I was contacted by phone. 1- The first interview went well, I was welcomed and they explained the whole process. I had to introduce myself, talk about my studies, diplomas, and work experiences. They also asked me about my motivations and why I wanted to be a Customer Support Representative. They also asked about the qualities of a good Customer Support Representative. After all this, I was scheduled for a second interview, the validation interview. 2- The second interview was with 3 people. I was welcomed and they explained the whole process. I had to introduce myself, talk about my academic background and work experiences. They also asked me about my motivation and availability, and also technical questions about customer support. They also asked me what a good Customer Support Representative should be like. After answering all these questions, they told me to wait for their feedback. 3- A few days later, I received an email and a message inviting me for a medical examination.
- What's your motivation for pursuing a career as a Customer Support Representative?
Customer Service Representative
I was contacted by Mr Ibrahima Ndoye, who invited me to an interview for the position of Customer support representative at wave. When I arrived, he asked me to introduce myself and told me about the position and what would be expected of me. He asked me questions about the position, and after I had answered all of them, he confirmed the interview and informed me that I would have to attend another interview with the managers and undergo a medical examination if all went well before being accepted and starting training. So I had the interview with the managers, who approved me, and I also passed the medical examination.
- Could you tell me about your educational background?

Customer Support Representative
I got a call around 8 PM from a Free number that I was hesitant to answer. Once I took the call, the person introduced themselves as Ibrahima and asked if I was available for an interview the next day at the support office. I went there after 4 days. Two days after that, I was contacted for a validation interview, which I did with Awa Thiam and Dieynaba. They were very kind and made me feel comfortable. After two days, I received an email for a medical visit, which I also completed. Now, I'm in the waiting period after the medical visit, which has been long and stressful.
- Can you describe the responsibilities of a customer representative?
- How should you act when dealing with a dissatisfied customer?
- What does empathy mean to you?
