I had a nice welcome from the recruiters, they told me about themselves and asked me to introduce myself, then we went to the question phase. The recruiters also answered my questions after explaining the benefits of the job. In the end, I said goodbye with a word of good luck for the future.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process started with an initial screening to check language proficiency, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. This was followed by an interview and role-play session where we discussed my experience and I performed simulated calls to show my customer handling skills. A role play exercise was also included to test how I respond to simulated calls.
