I sent in my resume and some other stuff, and they looked it over to see if I was qualified. Then Monica called me for a screening. After that, I got a project that Mr. Edward reviewed. Then I had a call with Samantha to talk more about accounting stuff. Lastly, I had a final interview with madam Ochola to see if I'd be a good culture fit.

The recruiting and interview process was very organised and professional. Nifemi was very friendly, polite and answered every question I had. I felt she came through with all I needed. The hiring process was pretty good. I went through the different steps, did the test, and chatted with the finance people. We talked about accounting, finance, tax, and auditing topics. Everything was well organized, though it did take a bit longer than expected, but it was still a valuable and informative experience.
