It started really well with a phone screening and two interviews in the same week. After those, though, I heard nothing back, not even after I followed up with emails. Pretty unprofessional, honestly.

There were three interview stages. First, a recruiter chat, then a meeting with the hiring manager, and finally, a session with senior leadership. The questions were typical, but the vibe was more like a casual chat. They were really good at keeping me in the loop at every step, which definitely helped me decide to take the offer.

Even though the hiring manager was pushing for it, the whole process took about two months from the initial phone screen to the start date because of internal bureaucracy. I first had a phone screen with the hiring manager, and then the very next day, I had about an hour-long in-person interview with the same manager. A couple of weeks after that, I met with the director who the role supports and HR, both of whom are two levels above the hiring manager. The interviews themselves and the people I met were really nice and made for a relaxed day.
