The interview process was pretty good and easy to follow. They want to assess your ability to solve problems. You'll be presented with some menu items and asked to suggest pairings, so you definitely need to know your wine, beer, and cocktails. The first interview was with a manager, and then the second one was with the General Manager. The only negative part was that I had to wait more than an hour after my interview was supposed to start before someone met with me.

The whole process was pretty unprofessional. I had two interviews, and both times I had to wait more than an hour past our scheduled time. It was a friendly chat, but the lack of coordination was really surprising.

I arrived for my interview a bit early, but had to wait in the lobby for a long time. Managers kept walking by without acknowledging me. When I finally told the host I had to leave for another interview, she apologized and said I could come back, but the management seemed disorganized. I didn't bother following up.

I was interviewed by several people, and they all asked pretty much the same questions. The person who would have been my direct supervisor didn't interview me, but they did pop in for a moment. The vibe wasn't rushed, and the guys were all polite and friendly. I just wish the questions had been a bit more creative.
