It was pretty standard, the interviewer was really laid back. You should definitely know about the company and if you've got customer service experience from before, be ready to talk about how you tracked conversions.

I had a good chat with the store manager, lasting around 25 minutes. We talked about my values and what the job needs. It went really smoothly and I liked the conversation. She was nice and easy to talk to. We met up at a Starbucks, which was pretty informal but it felt right for the kind of working relationship we'd have.

It was pretty straightforward. I knew the manager from a friend and my resume looked good. The interview process included a call with the DSM and then a call with dm. It's best to be confident about your intentions with the company, your personal goals and what you plan to look forward to with the company.
