It was a really quick and easy interview process. They wanted to know about my driving experience and if I had any issues with smells. The people interviewing me were very nice. I had an in-person interview and am waiting to hear back. They called and said they liked me, discussed my potential start date and what I wanted for pay. I asked for a dollar more than they initially offered. They told me they would call back on Monday to let me know their final offer.

I interviewed with the District Manager and the Ops Supervisor. The interview took about 30 minutes. It was a solid, simple process. At the end, they asked if I had any questions, which I didn't. The recruiter then contacted me with their decision.

The interview process was disorganized, with nobody being clear on what was happening. A toad test was supposed to occur but didn't. I was told to show up on Monday, but the person wasn't there, and no one knew anything about my appointment.
