Behavioral Other

I was first contacted by phone to gauge my interest and career goals. Then, I was asked to do a financial analysis of the company overnight and was told about the role. The next day, I had an interview which was purely behavioral. I wasn't asked about the company, my experience, or the analysis I had prepared, nor was I given many details. The interviewer seemed unsure of the exact duties of my role, mentioning vague tasks not listed in the job posting or discussed with HR.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked about my experience with Excel and bookkeeping, and we had some casual chat. They mentioned that career advancement usually means relocating. I decided not to proceed to the second interview because it wasn't the right fit for me, although it could be good for someone open to moving.
