I applied online and a month later, I was contacted to schedule an interview. I spoke with the division administrator who seemed really interested in me and my background. She kept saying I was a great candidate and that my test scores were good. She mentioned she would call me at the start of next week to set up another interview, but she never did. It's pretty unprofessional when someone says they'll call and then ghosts you.

I applied and then had a phone interview with HR. After that, there were many panel interviews. The whole thing was over 4 hours long and they kept asking me the same questions from a sheet over and over. It was frustrating, but by hour 4 and like interviewer 10, I had pretty much nailed every answer. Everyone was nice though, and I felt pretty comfortable.
