First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Warren James.
Sales Associate
The interview process wasn't too tough. You should definitely know some details about Warren James, like how the business started. They asked questions such as what sets you apart and presented me with customer scenarios.
- Can you sell me this necklace, pretending I'm a customer?
- Could you highlight what makes you unique?
- Do you know some facts about Warren James and the company's origins?
Sales Associate
I got a Whatsapp message from head office, asking me to call the branch. I did, and they offered me an interview. I went, dressed right and arrived on time. The interview was 40 minutes long. At the end, the hiring manager said it would take a week to get back to me, and I texted head office to thank them. I waited a week for the feedback. Then another week. And another week. And another week. Never heard back. Not from the store and not even from head office. It was very unprofessional and a total disrespect to my time and effort.
- Can you describe this item or sell it to me?
- How would you package this item?
- What is your passion for jewellery?
Sales Associate
I was asked basic questions about my experience and then asked what I thought was important for good customer service. I also had to display jewellery in a box and was shown the shop floor.
- What constitutes good customer service?
