After receiving an email to schedule an interview, I went to the dealership and met the manager who set it up. He asked me to wait briefly while he finished another meeting, then invited me into his office. There, he introduced me to another manager, and we proceeded with the interview. Following this, I was called back for several more interviews with different managers. Throughout the process, everyone was professional and polite, and the organization left a strong positive impression. Although I didn't get the job this time, I'll keep an eye out for future openings and try again.

Managers asked me questions about my previous experience. One young manager guy was not very friendly, but it was okay. I felt I had more experience than him. He probably saw me as overqualified.

I interviewed for the sales consultant role at their Infiniti dealership and went through two rounds. The first was with the general sales manager, sales manager, and service manager. They were pretty chill and direct about what they needed. For the second interview, I met with the general manager and the general sales manager. We chatted for about 30 minutes about the company and what the job would be like. I appreciated that the general sales manager, Mr. Yagci, was a straight shooter. I felt at ease during the whole thing.
