First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Warren Henry Automotive Group.
Sales Consultant
I interviewed for the sales consultant role at their Infiniti dealership and went through two rounds. The first was with the general sales manager, sales manager, and service manager. They were pretty chill and direct about what they needed. For the second interview, I met with the general manager and the general sales manager. We chatted for about 30 minutes about the company and what the job would be like. I appreciated that the general sales manager, Mr. Yagci, was a straight shooter. I felt at ease during the whole thing.
- Can you tell me why you applied for this position and why specifically with us?
- What is your current employment situation?
- Are you okay with working on weekends?
Operations Manager
I had one interview with the CFO to discuss the company and their needs, and my background. Then, I met with the CFO and the current Operations Manager for more questions. Lastly, there was a quick interview with the Owner, General Manager, and CFO.
- Can you tell me about your current role and responsibilities?
- Have you had to terminate an employee before?
- Are you familiar with Accounts Receivable (AR) reports?
Rental Coordinator
The interview process consisted of 2 interviews. After the second one, I was offered a position, which was then followed by a drug test and background check. The staff was super nice and gave me an overview of all the duties the Rental Coordinator has to do. They let me ask questions and made me feel comfortable the whole time.
- Describe how you would manage a scenario where there's a shortage of loaner vehicles and a customer needs to be notified.
Receptionist
I applied and waited about two weeks, then I had an interview. After that, I got a follow-up call and ended up declining the offer. The interviewers were really focused on my availability and insisted on over twenty hours a week, even though I mentioned I'm attending college and had that info on my resume and cover letter.
- Can you tell me about your experience at Bank of America?
