They made the whole interview process really easy. The office vibe was super welcoming right when I got there, which helped calm my nerves. Overall, it was a good experience.

I had an in-person interview with two interviewers, and then I also had coffee with two other employees. The interviewers asked casual questions about my experience and career goals. The first interviewer talked about the day-to-day responsibilities of the role, and the second interviewer discussed the team. The coffee chat was more about personal experiences.

I had a one-hour video interview with one person, and it went really well. Both HR and the interviewer seemed very interested. My background check was completed, but then, unexpectedly, I never heard back from them. I tried reaching out to two people I'd been in touch with, but got no response. I had other offers pending for a couple of weeks, and by the time I realized Warren Averett wasn't going to follow up as promised, I had already accepted another offer. I'm extremely disappointed with how the whole process turned out. I believe it's important to give candidates a response, even if it's a rejection, if you say you will. This was worse than not getting an offer at all.
