The recruiter contacted me for an initial interview. We scheduled a meeting, but when the time came, they didn't show up in the call. I waited for the entire duration, and they never appeared, nor did they notify me. I sent an email to ask for an explanation and to reschedule, but received no reply. I sent a second email the next day, which also went unanswered. After a week, I finally got a response and we had the interview. A few days later, I was rejected with an automated message that even had my name wrong. Overall, terrible communication and selection experience.

Behavioral Technical

The entire process felt really disorganized and took a long time. I only went through two interview rounds, and I can't even guess how long the full process would have taken. Each round had rescheduling issues, and one of the two people I was supposed to meet with didn't even show up. It took a really long time to hear back between rounds, like over 3 weeks. Even when I followed up because I hadn't heard back, my emails were ignored. In the end, after we had both apparently moved on, I got a generic rejection email about 2-3 months later.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process went really smoothly. The interviewer was polite and told me about the company. She was interested in knowing about my past experiences and how they would translate into my work at Warner. It was fortunate that my past experiences were in music, so it all worked out well.
