The initial contact was via email from an HR manager who invited me to a 30-minute introductory Zoom call. The actual conversation with the department lead was a bit awkward; they were late, joined from their mobile, and were still eating at the beginning. The chat and questions were brief, and they didn't seem very interested in me. I got rejected the next day, even before I could withdraw my application.

I submitted my application online. The first round was a phone call and the second was a Zoom meeting. The whole experience was positive and the communication was friendly. I was updated at every step of the way.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a 3-stage interview process: first an HR call, then a chat with the hiring manager, and finally an in-person presentation. Everyone was super nice and supportive, but then they ghosted me after the last stage, which was a total bummer and really put me off.
