Behavioral Other

It started with an HR specialist, then the marketing director. Both chats were informal, in a comfy room with sofas. Especially the second one, which felt super interactive and relaxed. They were really open about the company culture and happy to answer any questions I had. It felt more like a mutual discovery to see if we were a good fit.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The marketing director asked if I had any knowledge of "urban music".

Behavioral

You apply online, it's simple. After about two weeks, there's a phone screening where they ask basic stuff like why you want to work there, what you're into, your major, and what music you're listening to. It's really chill. Then, after another week or so, someone from the department will reach out to talk about your past jobs, your availability, and your interests. The interview felt super laid-back, like they were mostly checking if you'd fit in.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • No tough questions, just the usual.
  • The questions were pretty standard.

Presentation Behavioral

I had to prepare a short presentation on the music industry, and then I was asked questions about it and about myself. There was also a short presentation by current interns, followed by two different interviews for two different roles. They seemed to care more about personality and attitude than actual skills and experience.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • What motivated you to apply to this company and the music industry?
  • Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
