The interview process was easy, but the information they gave about their culture didn't really match up with reality. They didn't share many details about the day-to-day work. The whole interview focused on the perks of working at the company. Overall, the interview went well.

It was just an initial general overview of my experience and a visual assessment of me from the Recruiter. An ideal candidate with the desired experience, that had a professional and lively video exchange that didn't even get passed on for further consideration, just needs very odd.

I applied for a different job, but a sourcer reached out about an HR Coordinator role and scheduled a phone interview. It took over a month to get through all the interviews with different people in the department. There was one phone interview, followed by three on-site interviews with four interviewers total. I really liked how they quickly sent emails to set up the interviews and give the final decision. The interviews themselves were in LA and Burbank, but the NY team handled all the scheduling.
