The hiring process was pretty drawn out. It started with a phone screen, and then about two months after that, HR got back to me with a case study. A few months after submitting the case study, I was invited to the NYC office for four interviews. These interviews were quite relaxed, with only a few technical finance questions; mostly, they focused on discussions about my background, Warner Music Group, and my motivation for the role. About a week later, I had a conversation with the HR director, and the offer came through a few days after that. In total, the whole thing took around 4 to 5 months.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty straightforward, mainly behavioral questions with some knowledge-based ones mixed in. It went pretty smoothly with three rounds: first a recruiter chat, then the hiring manager, and finally a meeting with the CFO. Just be yourself and sell yourself.

I applied online and after about two weeks, HR got in touch. They seemed nice and set up a first interview for me with HR, the hiring manager, and another manager. About two weeks after that, I had a second interview with the VP. Then, a week later, they told me they were checking my references, but I never heard back after that even though I tried to follow up.
