I had a one-on-one interview with the internship supervisor. It was pretty lax, and she was accommodating with my schedule to find a time to interview. She was pretty friendly, and told me all the following steps post interview as well that I should expect.

I had a 30-min prescreening via zoom. Then contacted for a final round interview. The interview was not relevant to the role and they seemed to only be curious about my previous experiences and what the companies I worked at were doing (they were asking for inside information, which i found to be slightly inappropriate). The interview was informal and felt as if I did not matter. I was ghosted for over a month and a half, despite writing two follow up emails. I just wished the experience was handled more professionally.

Normally, there's a HireVue (a one-way video interview), then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally a third interview with the department you might be matched with. This time, I applied as soon as applications opened. I never got an email for a HireVue. I thought the program was supposed to have started already, so it was quite unexpected. I received an email from the department manager including the job description for the position to gauge my interest and willingness to interview. We then scheduled a time and date. The interview itself was very informative and relaxed, with no tough questions, just basic inquiries about my experiences. I was told I'd hear back by the end of the week, and surprisingly, I got a job offer just two days later. The whole process was very fast and straightforward!
