The first interview was quick, friendly, and not stressful at all. They explained the job and its details and requirements. After we talked about the options, I couldn't continue for personal reasons, but they said I could reach out if the opportunity comes up again.

I was contacted by a Wargaming recruiter on LinkedIn. We had an initial 30-minute Skype meeting to discuss the company, the role, and my previous experience. It went well, and I mentioned upfront that I didn't want to relocate. The recruiter assured me the role could be remote, with only 1-2 days a month in the office. Then, I had a 1-hour meeting with two Wargaming programmers. I answered their questions, and they seemed interested in moving forward. However, they then asked how soon I could relocate, revealing the job was on-site only. I'm unsure if the recruiter was unaware or if the team changed the terms last minute. Regardless, I politely declined when they said they'd love to proceed if I was willing to relocate.

I was given a C++ test with four questions, which varied in difficulty from easy to hard. Then, I had interviews with three people: a hiring manager and two project managers. They were generally nice. No engineering questions were asked during the interviews.
