They seemed really focused on performance management, and maybe I didn't hit the mark with my answers because they kept asking about it. I thought my responses were good, clear, and thorough, though.

I had a really good interview experience with Wargaming in Belgrade. The recruiters were great communicators and made me feel welcome right away. The questions they asked were interesting and really fit the role, letting me talk about my skills and love for games. I got a good feel for the company culture too, which seems to be all about teamwork and being creative. All in all, it was a super professional and pleasant interview, and I'm really hopeful about joining their innovative team.

It was a bit unclear what was going on with the interview stages at first. They did offer to discuss multiple roles at once, with a separate stage for each. The requirements varied quite a bit for these roles – one was looking for more technical specialists, while another focused on soft skills. This seemed to depend on the interviewer, even though the job responsibilities were the same. Overall, I was happy with it and joined the team.
