Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wargaming.
Intern
The interview was good and had well-balanced questions that really tested DSA skills. The only con was that too many foreigners apply for certain countries, which should maybe be resolved so you can have an easier time getting an internship in your country.
- Can you solve an algorithm problem related to WoT?
Intern
It was a really great interview experience! Super friendly and professional. The process had 2 stages: first a test assignment, then an interview with the team. They gave me some feedback at the end. Honestly, it was one of the best interviews I've had.
- What ideas do you have to enhance our marketing strategy?
Intern
For this internship, they aren't focused on your technical skills. The interview process involves reviewing your CV and discussing your teamwork experience from school. They don't ask about specific techniques, just general interview questions.
- What are your thoughts on reviewing code written by others?
