The HR person seemed nice at first via email, but during the interview, she was really belittling and argued with everything I said. She kept repeating that she couldn't see any value in me, no matter how friendly I was or how much I smiled. She also accused me of not preparing enough, even though I answered all her questions. What was weird is she didn't even look at my CV and asked me about my background, which was already on my resume.

I was emailed an invitation for an interview after they reviewed my CV and cover letter. My advice is to research the company and its products thoroughly. Being an experienced and enthusiastic gamer is crucial. Prior experience in the sector and strong management skills are also very important. They used example situations to gauge my responses. I was asked about my greatest strengths and weaknesses and how I'm working on improving them. The interview had a great vibe, and if you're into video games, I definitely recommend applying for a role at Wargaming!

First spoke with a recruiter, then had a phone interview which went well. After that, I had an in-person interview with two people from the department I would be joining, although I was initially told I'd meet with over three people. Following the in-person meeting, I completed a 30-minute test. About 4-5 days later, I was told I was moving forward and had to fill out an application with my personal details and references. The next week, I found out I didn't get the job anymore.
