I applied one day and got a phone call the next to set up an interview for the same day. The interview was about 30 minutes long. I had to talk about my past experience and introduce myself, and then I had to go to the shop floor to pick out a few outfits I'd wear for work and explain why.

The interview was really chill and not super formal, just a one-on-one chat with the store manager. They asked me typical situational questions like times I've teamed up, handled disagreements, given great customer service, or hit a target. We also chatted about my past jobs and what's hot in fashion right now.
