First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Warby Parker.
Supervisor
I applied and got an email the next day to schedule a phone interview. The first interview was with the store leader and had basic questions. The second interview was the following week with the current supervisor. Then I had an in-person meeting with the store leader to go over the job details, ask questions, and talk about pay and bonuses. The last interview was a phone call with the district leader.

Retail Operations Manager
I had a phone interview with a recruiter, and it went well. Then I had another phone interview, which was unexpected because I thought I'd passed the screening. However, this second interview didn't go well because a fire alarm went off.
- Could you tell me about the basic interview questions you were asked?
Supervisor
My first of three rounds was a short 15-minute phone chat with a really nice person who stuck to generic questions. The next two interviews were both in person, and I loved them. The interviewers were friendly and relatable, asking good questions that felt more like conversations. The store and office itself were clean and welcoming, and the employees I saw while waiting were all fantastic!
