So I got referred by an employee and heard back from a recruiter about a week after applying. The whole process was pretty clear and I liked that they stuck to interview times. My main issue was the end, though. They had me do an email screen, a call with the hiring manager, a homework assignment, and then in-person interviews. It felt like there wasn't much time to ask questions, and then the final rejection came via email, which I thought was kind of cold. They gave me positive feedback all through, and even in the rejection email, but no real reason why I didn't make it to the final round. I tried asking my contacts, but no luck. I get that Warby is a popular place and growing, but for someone who got that far, a more personal touch would have been nice.

It was a video screening process. They asked three questions in total, with a practice question at the start to help you get used to the platform. Overall, it was easy to figure out and set up. It was a bit tricky to know where to look in the camera since you weren't talking to a live person.
